“Soy Story - the challenges of sustainability” is part of a series of events on the transnational trade of commodities central to the South American economy and European consumption. With an interdisciplinary approach, academics, business professionals and representatives of international NGOs will address the sustainability challenges of the soy industry. The event allows participants to gain an insight into the global soy industry as well as its social and environmental implications.
